Directions

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl using a spoon.
  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until you reach your preferred consistency. For chunky guacamole, leave some small avocado pieces intact; for smooth guacamole, mash thoroughly.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mashed avocado. Add ¼ teaspoon of sea salt. Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Finely chop the cilantro and fold it into the guacamole. If you’re adding diced tomato for extra flavor, now’s the time to mix that in too.
