  • 30 g 1/4 tasse chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 1 jalapeño

  • 2 cuillères à soupe 2 cuillères à soupe huile végétale

Directions

  • Préchauffer le four : Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Cook the Ground Beef: In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Season the Beef: Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the Tortillas: Brush each tortilla with a little vegetable oil on both sides. Place them on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the Ingredients: Spread a layer of refried beans over each tortilla. Evenly distribute the seasoned beef on top, followed by a generous sprinkling of shredded cheese.
  • Bake the Pizzas: Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  • Add Fresh Toppings: Remove from the oven and top with salsa, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, black olives, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.
  • Servir : Slice and serve the Mexican pizzas hot.
