  • 60 ml 1/4 tasse sauce soja

  • 30 ml 2 cuillère à soupe l'eau

  • 10 g 1 cuillère à soupe sucre

  • 1 1 clove garlic

  • 1 g 1/4 cuillère à café ground ginger

  • 1 1 small green onion

  • 1 g 1/2 cuillère à café red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablepoon 1 tablepoon sesame seeds

Directions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, ground ginger (if using), and red pepper flakes. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add the finely chopped green onion and stir to combine. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added texture and flavor.
  • Pour the sauce over your prepared Meat Jun or use it as a dipping sauce on the side. It’s also great with other Korean dishes like bulgogi or bibimbap.

Notes
