  • 150 g 5 fl oz fresh spinach

  • 1 packet 1 packet Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix

  • 120 g 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 120 g 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 120 g 4 fl oz water chesnuts, drained and chopped

  • 7.5 ml 1/4 fl oz lemon juice

  • Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and chop it finely.
