Ingredients

  • For the Crust:

  • For the Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • For the Topping:
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon sugar for sprinkling (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons apricot jam (for glazing)

Directions

  • Prepare the Crust:
