Ingredients

  • For the Ground Beef:
  • 450 g 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 1 onion

  • 2 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Toppings and Base:
  • 200 g 2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 150 g 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 1 cucumber

  • 150 g 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 strips 4 strips bacon

  • 4 4 pickles

  • For the Sauce:
  • 120 ml 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon pickle juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Cook the Beef:
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and softened (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, then remove the skillet from heat.
  • Prepare the Sauce:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and pickle juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Bowls:
  • Start by adding a layer of shredded lettuce to the bottom of each bowl.
  • Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, followed by cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and sliced pickles.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the top of each bowl.
