Ingredients

  • large croissant

  • 2 2 large eggs

  • 60 ml 4 tbsp whole milk

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon heavy cream

  • 2 slices 2 slices bacon

  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon chopped green onion (optional)

Directions
