Ingredients
1 1 Brie cheese
4 tablespoons 4 tbsp hot honey
30 g 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 1 sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wheel of Brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using a sharp knife, score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern, cutting about 1/4 inch deep. This will help the cheese melt evenly and allow the hot honey to seep in.
- Drizzle about half of your homemade hot honey over the scored Brie, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
- If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top of the Brie and around the edges.
- If desired, place a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme on top for added aroma and flavor.
