Ingredients

  • 240 ml 1 cup water

  • 1 1 Earl Grey tea bag

  • 240 ml 1 cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup

  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Boil Water: Pour the water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Steep the Tea: Place an Earl Grey tea bag into your preferred mug or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the tea bag. Allow it to steep for about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove the tea bag afterwards.
  • Prepare the Milk: While the tea is steeping, pour milk into another small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in some vanilla syrup.
  • Froth the Milk: Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the heated milk until it’s light and foamy.
  • Combine: Pour the frothed milk into the steeped tea, holding back the foam with a spoon if you prefer to top the drink with it last.
  • Sweeten (Optional): Taste your London Fog and add sweetener if desired.
